I’m a Solicitor in the Michelmores’ Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency team.
My work includes advising on finance and debt restructuring transactions. I assist with matters involving acting for clearing banks, alternative lenders, funds, social enterprises, private investors and borrowers in relation to development and bridging finance, project finance and secured lending.
I have a particular interest in finance for the agricultural sector. Prior to law, I trained as a rural valuer and I am a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).
Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and exploring the great outdoors.
Recent experience
Supporting with a multi-million pound refinance of a large corporate structure, including drafting finance documents including deeds of release, corporate ancillaries, legal charges and other security documents.
Acting for the lender in a transaction to put in place short-term bridging finance for a company prior to a more permanent lending facility becoming available.
