Solicitor – Admitted 2023
Overview
I am an Associate in the Disputed Wills and Estates team, specialising in contentious probate and trusts disputes.
I advise individuals, executors and beneficiaries on a broad range of complex and sensitive matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of wills, and disputes concerning the administration of estates.
My experience also extends to contentious Court of Protection matters.
I have an empathetic and pragmatic approach, guiding clients through often emotionally challenging disputes with clarity and care.
I am focused on achieving proportionate, commercially sensible outcomes, whether through negotiated settlement and mediations or, where necessary, through the Court system.
