Overview

I joined Michelmores in January 2025 having completed my training contract and qualified as a solicitor at Squire Patton Boggs in London.

As an Associate in the Transactional Real Estate team based in the Exeter office, I advise on a broad range of commercial property matters.

I have experience acting for both developers and landowners on renewable energy projects. I also regularly act for clients on the sale and purchase of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters and the property aspects of corporate transactions.

I am adaptable and committed to delivering clear, practical and timely advice that enables clients to achieve their objectives.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, I served in the British Army as an Intelligence Analyst. This experience developed my ability to analyse complex information and provide strategic recommendations in fast-paced and high-pressure environments – skills that continue to enhance the quality of service I provide to clients.

Energy

Acting for Sky UK Development Limited on multiple solar developments across the UK, including drafting Option Agreements and conducting due diligence on prospective sites. Planning permission was recently granted for the 15MW Green Park Solar Farm project

Acting for several landowners in connection with a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project involving solar and battery storage. This included resolving title issues, reviewing and reporting on nuanced transaction documents and negotiating key terms

Commercial

Supporting investors with the asset management of property portfolios by facilitating leases, licences and supplemental agreements with tenants

Advising businesses across various sectors to ensure their property needs are met through preparing Reports on Title and negotiating and completing commercial leases
