I am an Associate in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team. I joined Michelmores as a Trainee and qualified in 2020.
My practice encompasses both civil and criminal disputes. On the civil side, areas of expertise include breach of contract claims, corporate disputes, professional negligence and trust matters. I advise on all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action through to trial and enforcement. I also advise clients on alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation. On the criminal side, I advise on regulatory investigations and health and safety prosecutions. Alongside general commercial litigation work, I also advise clients in respect of data protection law and compliance issues.
