Overview
I’m an Associate in the Commercial & Regulatory Disputes Team and I qualified in October 2021.
After achieving my Masters in Law in Italy, I moved to the UK where I completed my GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in Birmingham. I worked as a paralegal at TLT in Bristol for two years, before moving to Cheltenham for my Training Contract.
I have experience in providing advice on general commercial disputes and I’m particularly interested in Intellectual Property law and its constant development.
I joined Michelmores in March 2022 and I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about my journey with the firm so far.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking, traveling, and cooking.
I’m Italian native speaker and I’m currently studying Spanish.
Recent experience
Assisting clients in relation to intellectual property issues, including trademark infringement and infringement of confidential information.
Advising clients in relation to competition law.
Advising a major satellite services provider on cross-border enforcement and debt recovery in various jurisdictions.
Advising, in parallel with lawyers in the local jurisdiction, on a variety of disputes
