Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Agriculture team, having joined the firm in September 2022.
I have a wide range of contentious agricultural experience, including property disputes, agricultural tenancies and succession matters, rights of way disputes and proprietary estoppel claims, acting in both Court and Tribunal proceedings. I also have experience with non-contentious drafting and advisory work, including the preparation of complex settlement documentation and a variety of deeds and agreements.
My clients include a range of individuals, partnerships and businesses operating within the UK agricultural sector.
Prior to practicing law, I obtained a First Class Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) at Harper Adams University, where I spent a year in industry assisting with a wide range of professional work and valuations.
I am also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
