Overview
I am a Senior Associate in the Transactional Real Estate team with particular expertise in residential development, planning and compulsory purchase matters. I advise a broad range of clients, including landowners, developers, charities and public sector bodies, on all a wide range of real estate transactions. My experience includes acquisitions and disposals, promotion and option agreements, overage arrangements, collaboration agreements, section 106 agreements, compulsory purchase matters and general real estate transactions.
I joined the Firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2018 and qualified in 2020.
Recent experience
Advising a charity landowner in connection with a s106 relating to a mixed-use development comprising 1,400 residential dwellings and associated infrastructure
Advising Persimmon Homes on the acquisition of a site for a mixed use development of 1,100 homes, local centre, and a primary school from multiple landowners
Acting on the sale of a brownfield development site in Seaton with the benefit of planning permission for a mixed-use development
Advising Cornwall Council in connection with a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) and Side Roads Order (SRO) with a total estimated project cost of c. £90 million
Advising a charity on various property matters relating to its estate which comprises over 1,000 acres
Acting for landowners and acquiring authorities on private treaty acquisitions relating to CPOs
