Overview
I am a Senior Associate in the Commercial & Regulatory team. I focus on FCA authorised businesses and technology work, advising on day-to-day contractual and regulatory matters and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Michelmores, I served as in-house counsel at Schroders, providing legal support across its retail investment division in the UK, Channel Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US.

I am particularly interested in the intersection of regulation, innovation, and technology. I enjoy supporting Corporate, Litigation, and Employment teams with sector knowledge and experience. I also sit on the firm’s Steering Committee for the Financial Services sector and regularly lead pitches for large projects and transactions.
More widely, I am interested in sustainability and the natural economy, and represent the firm in the Climate & Nature Partnership, regularly attending local events to drive engagement and change on environmental and social issues.

Advising on a re-platforming and white-label partnership between two major financial institutions
Leading the legal delivery of a mobile app offering robo-advice, integrated with a third-party investment platform
