Solicitor – Admitted 2005
Overview
I am Head of Knowledge & Innovation at Michelmores. Working alongside partners, lawyers and business services teams, I lead on the firm’s knowledge, innovation and AI strategy.
Sitting at the intersection of legal expertise, technology and client service, my focus is on transforming how expertise is captured, shared and applied across the firm, helping lawyers deliver more consistent advice, collaborate more effectively and create greater value for clients.
As AI rapidly reshapes our profession, I work with our knowledge lawyers and our knowledge and information professionals to ensure our lawyers have immediate access to the firm’s collective knowledge, can adopt new technologies with confidence and continue to innovate in the way legal services are delivered.
As a senior employment lawyer by background, I have over 20 years’ experience working in private practice (including in-house) in firms across London and Cambridge. I have acted for large employers across a variety of sectors – from technology, media and financial services to retail, health, charity and education. I have significant experience in advising on all areas of employment law, including on complex litigious matters in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.
Outside of work I enjoy renovating our Grade 2 listed home and spending time in the Cambridgeshire countryside with family and friends. You’ll often find me walking our two cocker spaniels on one of Norfolk’s beaches with our children in tow. I also enjoy volunteering as a primary school Governor.
