Overview

I am an Associate in the Banking, Restructuring & Insolvency team, based in the firm’s London office.

I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025, after completing my training contract with the firm.

I work with the team to support clients with a wide range of contentious insolvency matters (both corporate and personal), and non-contentious restructurings, including:

• distressed and insolvent M&A, including pre-pack/administration business and asset sales (both buy side and sell side);
• advising directors and creditors of companies in financial distress, including advising on directors’ duties, creditor enforcement and recovery options; and
• advising administrators and liquidators on a range of pre and post appointment issues.

I advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, directors, creditors and individual debtors in relation to various issues arising from a range of insolvency processes.

Acting for the administrators on a pre-pack sale in the hospitality sector

Acting for trustees in bankruptcy in possession and sale proceedings in the High Court

Advising a director in relation to various claims brought by the liquidator of the company
