Overview
I am a Managing Associate in the Real Estate team, specialising in real estate finance and commercial property transactions.
I act for lenders and borrowers on a range of investment, acquisition, refinancing and development finance transactions, including single-asset financings and complex, multi-let property portfolios.
I have significant experience leading complex real estate transactions and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across real estate, planning, construction, tax and banking workstreams. I regularly negotiate complex certificates of title, advise on security packages and title issues, and manage transactions through to completion on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
I am experienced in identifying pragmatic solutions to complex property and title issues, enabling transactions to progress efficiently while appropriately managing risk for lenders.
