Solicitor – admitted 2019
I am an Associate in the Residential Property team at Michelmores. After graduating from the University of Exeter, I went on to obtain a distinction in the Legal Practice Course combined with a Masters in Legal Practice at the University of Law in Bristol. I trained at another South West practice, before moving to Michelmores in July 2019.
I undertake a broad range of residential property work including acting for high net worth individuals and companies (both overseas and UK) in sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and deeds of variation.
I pride myself on providing an impeccable service to all clients – from those taking their first step on the property ladder to those building their portfolio of investment properties – with the aim of forming client relationships which last.
Having lived, studied and worked in Devon all of my life, I have a particular interest in rural property and have gained broad experience acting on the acquisition of properties across the South West.
I have strong referral contacts across the South West, Bristol and London, with developers, brokers and estate agents.
