Overview
I am a Paralegal in the Real Estate team at Michelmores, supporting a wide range of commercial property transactions and asset management matters. My experience includes lease negotiations, title due diligence, Land Registry applications, lease renewals, and portfolio management work, with a particular focus on advising charity and retail occupier clients. I work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, commercial solutions and am continuing to develop my expertise in commercial property law.
