I joined Michelmores in December 2014 and have worked in various teams and departments across the Firm, before moving into my current role as a ESG Coordinator.
As part of Michelmores’ Responsible Business commitment, the Firm has committed to reporting its carbon emissions data and are working with Planet Mark to help us to report on this, as well as to achieve certification for our efforts to reduce our impact and improve our social values contribution. I am responsible for the Firm’s data collection and contributes to the various ESG initiatives within the Firm.
In 2021, I took part in the Devon Climate Assembly, contributing my thoughts and suggestions to the Devon Carbon Plan. I receive regular news from Devon Climate Emergency, and keep up to date with recent positive news, updates to the Devon Carbon Plan and Adaptation Plan, volunteering opportunities and events, which we aim to share with our colleagues and Clients.

I recently completed the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme with Saïd Business School. I have been able to develop valuable skills in sustainability leadership and strategies for managing climate risk, ESG integration and creating long-term value for the Firm and for society
