Overview
I’m an Early Careers Specialist in the HR team where I’m responsible for the development of the Firm’s future talent programmes.
I work closely with trainee solicitors, graduate solicitor apprentices, solicitor apprentices and placement students, supporting them throughout their career journey at Michelmores.
I lead a variety of early careers initiatives including induction programmes, seat rotations, qualification support and performance development. I also work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to enhance the experience of emerging talent and ensure the Firm continues to attract and develop high-performing individuals from a range of backgrounds.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive opportunities and supporting social mobility within the legal profession. I’m committed to helping individuals realise their potential and build successful careers, while ensuring Michelmores continues to provide an exceptional early careers experience.
The most rewarding part of my role is working with talented individuals at the beginning of their careers and supporting them as they develop into confident professionals. I enjoy building strong relationships, helping people navigate key milestones, and creating programmes and experiences that enable them to succeed. Seeing someone join the Firm as a trainee or apprentice and progress through their career is incredibly rewarding.
I also hold the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and am Associate Member of the CIPD (Assoc CIPD).
