I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Commercial Team. I regularly advise clients on a diverse range of commercial and technology matters, including in relation to IT (software development and licensing), e-commerce (consumer rights and data privacy), non-contentious intellectual property matters and supply chain and logistics arrangements.
I have experience advising a broad range of clients, from start-up and scale-up businesses to larger enterprises. Whilst my clients operate across a number of sectors, I have particular experience and focus within the consumer brands sector and act for a number of household names.
I am involved in Michelmores’ MiVentures programme – a programme of support for entrepreneurs, early-stage and scale-up businesses. I enjoy helping members to navigate many of the challenges faced by early-stage businesses by providing commercially focused and pragmatic legal support.
I have been part of the team at Michelmores for nearly four years, first joining the firm as a newly qualified solicitor following completion of my training contract.
