Overview
I am a Managing Associate in Michelmores’ Commercial team. I regularly advise clients on a diverse range of commercial and technology matters, including in relation to IT (software development and licensing), e-commerce (consumer rights and data privacy), non-contentious intellectual property matters and supply chain and logistics arrangements.
I have experience advising a broad range of clients, from start-up and scale-up businesses to larger enterprises. Whilst my clients operate across a number of sectors, I have particular experience and focus within the consumer brands sector and act for a number of household names.
I lead Michelmores’ MiVentures programme – a programme of support for entrepreneurs, early-stage and scale-up businesses. I enjoy helping members navigate the challenges faced by early-stage businesses by providing commercially focused and pragmatic legal support.
I first joined Michelmores as a newly qualified solicitor in 2018.

Advising a multinational health food retailer on the procurement of warehouse automation technology and advising on its UK final-mile delivery arrangements and European transportation contracts
Advising a national food delivery box business in relation to its supply and fulfilment arrangements. Also providing advice in relation to green marketing claims
Advising a UK leading wine and spirit supplier on a complex fulfilment arrangement in relation to a white labelled wine club and accompanying web shop
Advising a British ceramics manufacturing business on its third-party design and illustration arrangements
Acting for a large public sector client on its negotiations with a multinational publishing house on the creation, illustration and publication of a children’s book
