I’m a Senior Paralegal in the Corporate team assisting with the company formation and company secretarial services.
I graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in English Literature and joined Michelmores in April 2014. I have now been part of the company secretarial team at Michelmores since 2014.
Recent experience
Assisting with the incorporation of private companies (limited by shares or guarantee), public limited companies (PLC), limited liability partnerships (LLP) and limited partnerships
Assisting with the filing of statutory compliance with Companies House, such as annual confirmation statements, changes to company’s directors, PSC, shareholders and share capital
Assisting with the preparation, writing up or re-creation of company statutory registers
Assisting with the preparation of corporate documents such as board minutes and shareholders’ resolutions
Assisting with the application for legalisation of company documents with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO)
