Client

Overview

I’m an Associate in the Transactional Real Estate Team.

I work with landowners and developers on property transactions and development projects. My goal is to provide clear, practical advice that protects my clients current and future interests.

I regularly deal with acquisition and disposal of land and development sites, overage arrangements, option agreements and conditional contracts, as well as partitioning of land. I also provide guidance on rights, covenants and easements.

My background in agricultural property law helps me to understand the unique challenges associated with rural land and enables me to structure transactions that protect ongoing agricultural use while unlocking future development opportunities.
