Overview
I joined Michelmores in January 2024 as a Paralegal in the Corporate team, having worked in a similar role for almost 10 years and achieving Associate Membership level of CILEX.
I work alongside team members of all levels and with a variety of clients, with a particular focus on private company mergers and acquisitions, investments and reorganisations.
