Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Commercial team, based in our London office. I joined the Firm in September 2021 and qualified into the team in 2023.
I work with clients across several sectors and I enjoy the breadth of work that this brings. Given my previous experience in-house, I have an interest in advising on commercial and technology matters that fall in the online gaming and consumer brand realms. My work often includes data privacy and non-contentious intellectual property considerations. I also support my colleagues with advising large corporates and investors in the energy sector.
Prior to joining Michelmores, I worked as an in-house paralegal for over five years, first for a major online fashion brand and then a FTSE 250 online software and gaming business. This experience helped shape my understanding of the typical risks faced by businesses and some of the complexities that need to be considered in commercial arrangements.

Advising a B2B sports betting provider following review of their data and content supply agreements
Acting for a leading online betting and gaming client in respect of its distribution of gaming content agreements for its global markets
Advising a large wholesale clothing client in respect of its distributor arrangements with a French brand supplier
Advising a multi-disciplinary talent studio on its commercial arrangements with artists, creatives and brands and drafting a suite of standard documents to reflect those relationships
Supporting on a corporate acquisition of a luxury hotel group in respect of the target company’s intellectual property position and existing commercial arrangements
