Overview

I am an Associate in the Employment team, based in London.

I advise employers and employees on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters across a range of sectors. My experience includes guiding clients through day‑to‑day HR issues and advising on discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy and termination situations.

I have extensive experience acting in Employment Tribunal litigation, including multi‑day and high‑value claims. I focus on delivering clear strategy, managing risk and securing commercially sensible outcomes for clients.

Alongside my litigation work, I frequently draft employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policies. I also have a strong track record in negotiating settlement agreements, achieving swift and pragmatic resolutions in sensitive and high‑stakes situations.

Outside of work, I can often be found at the Emirates Stadium, cheering on the best team in North London.
