Michelmores advises Stage Electrics Group on strategic acquisition of Willow Communications

Michelmores has advised Stage Electrics Group on its acquisition of Willow Communications, a specialist in audio-visual integration and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for the gaming, hospitality, holiday park, sport and leisure sectors.

The acquisition represents a significant step in Stage Electrics Group’s strategic growth, enhancing both its technical capabilities and the breadth of sectors it serves. The deal will enable the combined businesses to deliver more integrated solutions across AV and digital platforms.

The Michelmores team was led by Head of Corporate Richard Cobb, supported by a multi-disciplinary team including Managing Associate Angharad Doyle and Associate Emma Cheshire from the Firm’s Corporate team, Managing Associate Matt Jones, Senior Associate Jonny Lane, and Associate Sena Guvercin from the Firm’s Transactional Real Estate team. Partner Robert Forsyth and Associate James Millet provided Employment advice and Commercial advice was provided by Partner David Thompson and Associate Moya Smith.
