Overview
I’m a Legal Director in Michelmores’ Corporate Team, advising on corporate and corporate finance matters. I advise investors, management teams and companies on all aspects of the private equity and venture capital markets with a particular focus on buy-and-build projects, growth capital transactions and exits.
I have a particular specialism acting within the financial services and insurance markets (specifically for insurance brokerage aggregators, DFM’s and wealth management firms) and healthcare.
