Advising a senior executive in the construction industry who was being ‘set up’ as having acted negligently by the CEO, with a view to his being ‘exited’. The client retained his role and the CEO was removed from the business by the Non-Executive Board;

Advising a CEO of a US owned tech company in relation to an ‘exit-strategy’ in order to preserve his entitlement to share options worth over £8m;

Advising an international overseas celebrity in respect of a new business venture with US partners, to include negotiation of profit share terms and reservation of intellectual property rights;
