Overview
I’m a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Michelmores, based in our Bristol office and working across the Firm’s Bristol, Cheltenham, Exeter and London offices.
I have wide-ranging experience advising companies and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, asset sales, reorganisations, and general corporate governance matters.
Beyond the confines of the office, I enjoy most sports, whether as a spectator or a participant, I particularly enjoy running, football and cycling. Another hobby of mine is tending to my allotment, where I attempt (with mixed results) to grow vegetables.
