Overview
I joined Michelmores in August 2021 as a paralegal in the New Homes Team which is part of the wider Transaction Real Estate Team. I commenced my Training Contract in September 2024, starting in the Asset Protection seat.
Before coming to Michelmores, I completed an undergraduate Law (LLB) degree. I undertook the first two years at the University of Essex but, due to the uncertainty of the Covid Pandemic, I completed my final year and graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2021. I then completed the LPC LLM part-time at the University of Law from 2021-2023 whilst also working as a Paralegal at the firm.
Outside of work, I enjoy strength training in the gym and making the most of the South West coastline either by walking or going for a swim (sometimes both!)
Recent experience
Assisting a local housebuilder on their plots sales of a city estate comprising of townhouses and apartments, with a particular focus on innovation and sustainability whilst maintaining the historic nature of the location
Assisting with the progression of plot sales to completion on a multi phased development which forms part of a wider Duchy development
Acting on and progressing sales to completion on a multi-phased development which is currently on going. This development is anticipated to be in the region of 290 units
