I’m a Solicitor in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team.
I joined Michelmores in September 2023, having trained and qualified at City firm Eversheds Sutherland.
My experience covers mixed-use asset management in central London, and, increasingly, I’m working within the Natural Capital Sector. I am particularly interested in opportunities arising from biodiversity net gain under the Environment Act 2021, as well as in nutrient neutrality.
Acting on behalf of a landowner on the proposed sale of nutrient neutrality credits to a developer. We (i) drafted and negotiated the credit purchase agreement and (ii) secured the Landowner’s habitat obligations to the LPA by way of a Section 106 Agreement
Acting on behalf of an overseas Landlord on their mixed-use London portfolio; more particularly, acting on the grant of commercial leases and licences, and reporting on development constraints
Acting for an environmental investor in securing agricultural land for the creation of habitat and the onwards sale of biodiversity credits to third party developers
Assisting in the drafting of a suite of template documents for a sustainable investor looking to capitalise on opportunities within the Natural Capital sector
Acting on behalf of an American client on the renewal of their UK premises
