I advise UK and international high and ultra-high-net worth individuals, family offices and trusts on the purchase and sale of residential property in Prime Central London and across the UK.

My primary focus is transactions involving high value luxury properties often with complex structuring, cross-border considerations and a need for absolute discretion.

In addition to transactional work I advise on strategic estate management matters including development potential, refinancing and the resolution of sensitive issues affecting heritage property and rural landholdings.

My clients are internationally mobile, time-poor and privacy conscious and they value my discreet, responsive and strategic advice through what are often complex, fast-paced and high-stakes deals.

My practice sits at the intersection of the complex real estate transactions, long-term stewardship of high-value property assets and the nuanced personal considerations that often accompany them.

I aim to build long-term relationships grounded in trust and practical, empathetic insight. I am committed to delivering a highly tailored service ensuring that each client benefits from advice that is not only technically robust and detail driven but also commercially astute and aligned with their objectives.
