Molly Wills, Consultant PSL, Tax Trusts & Succession

Our Tax, Trusts & Succession specialists will cut through the headlines from the Chancellor’s Autumn Budget and focus on what really matters for private clients, trustees and family offices. 2. The global family office: reputation, relocation and the human dimension

Jo Mackie, Partner, Employment

Jayne Clemens, Partner, Reputation Management

Through a lively interactive case study, our lawyers will unpack the real-world pressures that arise when a global family office spans multiple jurisdictions. 5. Panel discussion: is the UK still an attractive jurisdiction?

Lorna Du Sautoy, Partner, Private Property & Landed Estates

Madni Chaudhary, Managing Associate, Immigration

Bringing together legal, immigration, property and investment perspectives, the discussion will explore what is driving decisions on residence, relocation, investment and succession planning — and what advisers should be watching as internationally mobile families weigh up their options.

The afternoon will conclude with a drinks reception, providing an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals from across the private wealth community.
