Overview
I am an Associate in the Commercial & Regulatory Disputes team, having undertaken my training contract at Michelmores and qualified in September 2023.
The seats undertaken during my training contract at Michelmores were with the Agriculture, Employment, Commercial & Regulatory Disputes and Family teams.
I am a fluent French speaker.
Recent experience
Assisting with a mediation involving concurrent family and civil claims between the various parties, with the result being the removal of our client from both, and final settlement between the parties.
Supporting a client during a final hearing for adverse possession in the County Court, including liaising and assisting Counsel as well as undertaking work on post-judgment matters.
Assisting a client in their claim of proprietary estoppel, including completion of disclosure in line with Court directions.
