I am a Solicitor in Michelmores’ London Corporate team. I advise a wide range of clients on international and domestic corporate transactional and advisory work with a particular focus on impact investing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and UK capital markets.
I have been a member of the Firm’s Charity committee since joining the Firm as a trainee solicitor in 2019.
