Overview

I’m an Associate solicitor in Michelmores’ Construction and Engineering team.

I have experience dealing with various forms of dispute resolution (including litigation, adjudication and mediation) across a range of matters for developers, employers, registered providers, contractors and sub-contractors. This includes advising clients on suites of standard form contracts such as JCT, NEC3/4 and FIDIC.

I successfully acted for the Defendant in RHP Merchants and Construction Ltd v Treforest Property Co Ltd [2021] EWHC B40 (TCC), seeking a stay to Court proceedings pending payment of a net sum owed by the Claimant to the Defendant.
