Overview
I am a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team.
I became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2019, eschewing the traditional route to qualification; I was accepted onto the roll in February 2020.
Early in my professional career I specialised in property due diligence and have since undertaken a variety of transactional work, ranging from extensive development sites in North and West London to small-scale housing projects and holiday lets in Devon and Cornwall.
I currently act for landowners and developers on a variety of schemes such as leases, promotion agreements and land disposals.
Recent experience
Advising on the acquisition of three large development sites in Harrow
Negotiating numerous leases on behalf of a health sector client
Coordinating a large-scale restructuring and financing project for a group of construction company vehicles
