I’m a Solicitor in Michelmores’ Residential Property team. I advise on all aspects of the residential conveyancing process.
After studying History at the University of Chichester I went on to study the GDL and LPC with the University of Law in Exeter and qualified as a solicitor in October 2020.
Since qualifying I have worked on a variety of conveyancing matters, ranging from leasehold flat sales to commercial purchases.

Acting on the sale of part of a title with complex private water and drainage requirements
Acting on the sale of a property which encompassed a mixture of residential and commercial tenancies
Advising a client in relation to a Deed of Variation to a long-standing lease
