Solicitor – Admitted 2024
Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Family team and a member of Resolution (the national organisation of family lawyers). I qualified as a family lawyer in March 2024 having undertaken my training at another national firm before joining Michelmores in April 2026.
My practice involves advising clients on a range of private family law matters including divorce, finances, cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, asset protection and child arrangements. I advise on finances and child arrangements both within and outside of court proceedings. I am very competent at navigating court proceedings when required but always strive to reach an amicable out of court settlement for my clients whenever possible.
My cases often involve complex assets and businesses. I take a meticulous approach to research and strive to understand the inner workings of my clients’ assets on a detailed level. I have previous experience with intervenor claims from third parties making claim to my client’s businesses and business assets.
I have also advised on complex children issues involving child arrangement orders, child maintenance and family assessments. I have guided clients through contentious child arrangement proceedings involving Cafcass reports, child therapists and obtaining third party disclosure from schools, health visitors and the police. I have also assisted with matters involving complex welfare concerns and fact-find hearings. I am compassionate and ensure my clients always feel listened to.
I work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to provide my clients with tailored advice and support on a range of matters.
