Alice qualified as a solicitor in 2019 after completing her training with Michelmores. She now works across both the Employment and Immigration teams.
Alice works on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters with high profile public and private sector clients that operate across a wide range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, education, private wealth and healthcare.
Alice additionally leads on a number of Employment Tribunal claims (including cases dealing with disability discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing) and has considerable experience of successfully negotiating the conclusion of cases prior to hearing. Alice also provides general Employment law advice to a variety of clients. This work includes drafting and advising on policies, contracts of employment and settlement agreements, and managing performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary and reorganisation/ restructure processes. Alice also has experience working alongside our Corporate Team on various large scale transactions.
As well as her employment work, Alice has always taken a keen interest in immigration law. After completing her law degree at Queen Mary, University of London and before starting her LPC, Alice volunteered with a legal charity in San Francisco, working with immigrants and asylum seekers who were seeking refuge in California. Within the Michelmores' Immigration team Alice provides support on a range of immigration applications for businesses and high net worth individuals, including Leave to Remain and Points Based System applications.
Additionally, Alice is a regular contributor to our online learning resources, providing detailed updates on both employment and immigration law matters to our clients.
