Overview
I am Associate in the Governance & Risk team at Michelmores.
Upon qualification in 2022, I worked in our Corporate team, advising on a full suite of corporate transactional and advisory matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. In 2026, I transitioned to the Governance & Risk team, and now provide support to colleagues across the firm on a broad range of matters, including assisting with risk and compliance queries, internal audits, and the delivery of firmwide projects.
