I am a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Banking Restructuring and Insolvency team.
I have experience acting for banks, institutional lenders and borrowers providing advice on acquisition, EOT and EBT refinancing, development and bridging finance whether domestic or internationally based as well as acting for alternative lenders, funds, social enterprises, private investors and borrowers in relation to development, project finance, secured lending and impact investment.
Having had a background in corporate transactional work, clients value my practical approach.
Having previously been based in the South of England previously, I joined Michelmores in 2023.
I was very pleased to have been named LawNet’s Young Lawyer of the Year in 2016.
Outside of the office, I can usually be found walking my two dogs or watching wrestling or a good box set.
