Overview
I am a Senior Associate Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) leading the part of the team which assists clients in purchasing new build properties.
The majority of my clients are purchasing brand new properties from developers, including those on retirement villages, or are selling their homes in order to purchase a new build. I also advise clients who are using the Help to Buy or Shared Ownership Scheme and, on occasions, I also act for clients selling and purchasing pre-owned freehold and leasehold properties. I am able to deal with residential transactions throughout the whole of England and Wales, but in the main I am instructed on matters relating to properties located in the South West of England.
