I am a newly qualified Solicitor in the Michelmores’ Employment team having joined the firm in November 2020 as a Trainee.

Throughout my time with Michelmores I have assisted my colleagues in advising a wide range of private and public sector clients including high net-worth individuals, businesses and Academy and NHS Trusts. Having completed seats with the firm’s Education and Projects teams, I have found that I have a particular interest in advising clients within the Education and Health sectors.

I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: HR advice on statutory payments, disciplinary and grievance matters, employment status and sickness absence, claims for discrimination, victimisation, harassment, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions from wages and corporate support work.

I also regularly contribute to the team’s ’employment:today’ articles designed to keep clients up to date with changes in legislation, recent case law and upcoming matters which may affect their business.

Outside of work I have an interest in antique jewellery and enjoys walking.
