I’m a Senior Business Development Manager in the Marketing team and manage a team of seven business development and events specialists. I work closely with our lawyers to support them with marketing strategies, campaign management, project management and client relationship management.
I also lead the Firm’s private wealth and international initiatives. I support the Private Wealth team to deliver excellent client service to individuals, trustees, estates, businesses, and entrepreneurs. I am responsible for the Firm’s private wealth publication theView and associated thought leadership. I manage the Firm’s international database, and lead on building relationships with our international firms.
I’m a member of the IBA Business Development and Marketing Group and have previously attended their annual conferences.
I joined Michelmores in 2016 and in this time I have provided marketing and business development support to our employment, litigation, commercial, corporate, banking, restructuring and insolvency business teams, as well as the Firm’s consumer brands and finance and investment sectors.
Prior to Michelmores I worked as a Marketing and Business Development Executive at a top 10 international law firm in the tax and private client team. I have also previously worked as a Business Development Manager at The University of Law where I helped host events and training sessions with the Sutton Trust, The Brokerage and the Black Lawyers Directory to encourage diversity in law.

Supporting the communications team to produce a series of articles and social media content for our private wealth publication theView
Coordinating the Firm’s attendance at a series of international events including: the IBA annual conference, ConTra conference, INTA, and MIPIM
Liaising with our referrer network to encourage strong and collaborative relationships. This has been achieved by a series of events, face-to-face meetings and joint articles
Supporting the Firmwide website and re-brand initiative
