Real Estate
The Real Estate sector is a key pillar of both the UK and global economies – a sector which continues to evolve within our challenging economic climate.
As you would expect from a Real Estate team of 20 partners and over 50 specialist lawyers, we provide the full range of expertise for the Real Estate sector, including planning, funding, environmental, construction, tax, estate management, secured lending, real estate litigation and dispute resolution. We also have experience acting on investments into real estate projects in the emerging markets, advising clients such as the Pan African Housing Fund.
Our Real Estate Solicitors combine technical know-how with our formidable, commercial approach. We know what first-class looks like. Our team members hail from some of the best City practices and many are recognised as 'leading individuals' by Chambers & Partners.
We step into our clients' shoes to understand their world and in turn, add value to their business.
Recent projects have included the £370m sale of New Scotland Yard, the landmark redevelopments of the Television Centre at London's White City and the Ram Brewery at Wandsworth. We have also advised on a number of high-value complex disposals for the Ministry of Defence and the Metropolitan Police Service.
