Overview
I am a Partner in our Corporate team and a Michelmores ‘lifer’, having trained with the firm.
I act for scale-up companies on all stages of their equity fundraising journey through to exit, and also regularly advise those who invest in them – including venture capital funds, family offices and private equity. My clients span across all sectors, but I have a particular interest in working with consumer brands clients and am a member of the firm’s Consumer Brands sector group.
The best part of my job is building trusted long-lasting relationships with my clients and supporting ambitious entrepreneurs as they grow their business and realise their ambitions.
I also enjoy being the co-lead of MAINstream, our UKBAA registered angel network that we set up in 2019 in order to connect angel investors with scale-up companies.
I have been recognised in Legal 500 and the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, along with being named a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in Legal 500, and ‘One to Watch’ in the UK Best Lawyers Guide.
