Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ London Corporate team. I advise a wide range of clients on international and domestic corporate transactional and advisory matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and UK capital markets.
Complementing my corporate practice, I also work within the Firm’s Corporate Tax team advising on the tax implications of transactions and helping clients implement EMI schemes, share incentives and other employee-focused tax arrangements.
I am a founder of Michelmores NextGen Corporate Finance London and have been an active member of the Firm’s Charity Committee since joining as a trainee solicitor in 2019. I especially enjoy the opportunity these roles give me to work with colleagues across the Firm and support causes that matter to us.
Recent experience
Advising Canada-based WeCommerce (a subsidiary of TSX-Venture Exchange listed Tiny Ltd which invests primarily in North America and Europe) on its USD11.5 million acquisition of Clean Canvas Limited, one of the world’s leading designers and developers of premium Shopify themes
Advising the Warsaw Stock Exchange on its purchase of a majority stake in the Armenian Stock Exchange
Supporting on the £385m sale of Michelmores’ longstanding client Succession Wealth to Aviva
Advising Soros Economic Development Fund on its acquisition of Mologic Ltd, a leading developer of lateral flow and rapid diagnostic technologies
