The Natural Capital market is evolving. We will be discussing how it dovetails with publicly funded schemes and private investment.
The correct structuring of deals is critical to ensure that options are kept open and tax efficiencies maximised. Drawing on our experience gained from advising clients on completed deals, we will consider alternative credits and corporate markets, as well as individual natural capital schemes such as nutrient neutrality, carbon and biodiversity net gain.
The tricky concepts of additionality and stacking will be tackled along with the practical aspects of landscape recovery such as title due diligence and what private investors need in order to back such projects
There is also the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and stakeholders in the field. We look forward to seeing you there.
