Michelmores has advised on the sale of the Dart Marina Group – comprising Dart Marina, Dart Marina Hotel and the Dartmouth and Kingswear Higher Ferry– to Premier Marinas, which is owned by Wellcome.
The transaction brings the marina, hotel and ferry operations into Premier Marinas’ South Coast portfolio. The acquisition was announced by Premier Marinas in April 2026.
The Michelmores team advising on the deal was led by Senior Partner Richard Cobb, alongside Senior Associate, Victoria Miller and Associate, Dan O’Sullivan. It was supported by Cathy Bryant (Tax Partner, Corporate), Crispin Carpenter (Managing Associate, Transactional Real Estate), and Ellis Arnold (Trainee) and a number of other specialists across the firm.
