Michelmores has advised Envance, a leading environmental and sustainability consultancy, on its integration into Celnor’s Built Environment division.
Founded in 2020, Envance has built a strong reputation for helping organisations embed sustainability at the heart of their projects. The company provides end-to-end environmental and sustainability services, including ESG strategy, carbon and climate planning, ecology and biodiversity assessments, biodiversity net gain (BNG), natural capital valuation, environmental compliance and permitting, alongside digital tool development for monitoring and reporting.
By joining Celnor, Envance will enhance its capacity to support clients across development, infrastructure, planning and corporate sustainability – delivering measurable environmental and social impact from strategy through to on-the-ground delivery.
The Michelmores team was led by Corporate Partner Adam Kean, supported by Senior Associate Ben Adams (Corporate), Associate Dan O’Sullivan (Corporate), Paralegal Philippa Kean (Corporate), and Partner Cathy Bryant (Tax).
Adam Kean comments:
“Envance’s commitment to sustainability and innovation aligns perfectly with Celnor’s ambitions for the Built Environment division. We were pleased to support the Envance team on this important step in their journey and wish them every success as part of the Celnor Group.”
Erica Kemp and Chris John, Directors at Envance, adds:
“Joining Celnor represents a huge opportunity for Envance. Our mission has always been to help clients transition effectively to greener solutions.
