Michelmores advises Partners& on strategic deal with Tresmares Capital

Michelmores has advised Partners& on a partnership with Tresmares Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm, and Santander UK plc. Tresmares and Santander have each provided a multi-million pound senior term loan to Partners& to refinance its existing debt facilities. In addition, Tresmares has provided a committed facility to support future acquisitions.

Partners& is a leading insurance advisory business focused on providing risk management advisory and insurance broking services to commercial and private clients. Founded in 2020 with a focus on client partnership and providing high quality risk management and employee benefits advice to businesses and private client advice to individuals, Partners& has ascended rapidly to become one of the leading insurance brokers in the UK.

This agreement is considered a significant step in Partners&’s growth strategy, expanding their ability to provide strategic services and further solidifying their position in the market. It will provide Partners& with enhanced resources to better serve their clients across various industries, offering comprehensive risk management solutions with greater expertise and support. With Tresmares’ capital and Santander’s backing, Partners& is well-positioned for future expansion and innovation.

The Michelmores team advising Partners& on the transaction was led by Managing Associate Danielle Collett-Bruce, alongside Associates Charlie Parker and Sophie McAuley, all from the Firm’s Banking team, with Associate Harry Jones from the Firm’s Corporate team.
