Overview
I am an Associate in Michelmores’ Transactional Real Estate team, based in Bristol.
I joined Michelmores prior to qualifying and have gained a broad range of experience across Transactional Real Estate, Contentious Probate, Corporate, and Construction & Engineering. Before joining the firm, I worked as a Commercial Property Paralegal, where I built a strong grounding in property law that I have continued to develop throughout my training and practice at Michelmores.
I advise a wide range of commercial and public sector clients on their property needs, including asset and portfolio management, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and the granting and taking of commercial leases.
I am particularly interested in expanding my experience in the telecommunications sector from a property perspective. I have acted for landowners/site providers in negotiating Code Agreements, both for greenfield sites and rooftop installations, as well as telecommunications wayleaves.
Recent experience
Advising landowners on the negotiation and grant of Code Agreements, including managing portfolios of telecoms acquisitions and lease renewals
Supporting on a range of corporate transactions, including the acquisition of a specialist audio‑visual integration and Software as a Service (SaaS) provider operating across the gaming, hospitality, holiday park, sports and leisure sectors
Assisting a commercial landowner with tenancy management during a major redevelopment project, including the preparation and grant of short‑term occupational leases
