Overview

I am an Associate in the Commercial & Regulatory Disputes team.

I advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes. My work often involves complex, high‑value and multi‑jurisdictional matters. I take a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to dispute resolution, working closely with clients to protect their interests, their brands and their commercial objectives.

I have a particular interest in brand protection, corporate reputation and intellectual property enforcement, and regularly support clients navigating contentious trade mark, copyright and patent issues. My practice also includes advising clients on disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) via the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
